Phase 3: Honest & Transparent Pricing
Trust is built with transparency — and it starts with how we price your project. We will provide a preliminary estimate that will be given prior to hard bidding which is designed to help you understand where the project costs will be driven from. Vyne will then gather competitive bids from our trusted network of contractors and craftsmen, each carefully selected to fit your project’s specific needs. We can also assist you with selections and understanding products and how they apply to the allowance of each category.
Every bid, every quote, every dollar is shared with you exactly as we receive it — no hidden markups, no surprises. We walk you through the full budget breakdown together, helping you understand exactly where your investment is going.
Once pricing is reviewed, changes are made (let’s be real, there will always be modifications), and you approve a final version, we will be off to the races applying for a permit and getting our trade partners on schedule.
